Entourage Modern American Kitchen + Cocktails in Downers Grove does NOT offer reservations. However, we do offer a priority seat list.
As a courtesy, we have a Priority Seat List that we take names for, days or even weeks in advance. We seat groups that are on our Priority Seat List prior to groups that are not on the Priority List who come in around the same time. Once we are on a wait, everybody waits. We try to accurately estimate when your table will be ready if there is a wait. Our goal is to seat those on the Priority Seat List in at least half the time, IF NOT BETTER, from those who are not.
Wait times for people who are not on the Priority List can vary based on many factors, any given night. During “Peak Hours” on busy nights, it is not uncommon for groups walking in to be quoted from an hour to an hour and a half approximate wait time, sometimes more. During those same “Peak Hours”, people on the Priority List may enjoy being sat in 20-30 minutes past their Priority Seat Time.
As we fill, we will only seat groups that are complete. If your group is not complete, we will seat the next group after you. Once your group is complete, we will give you priority for the next available table.
We seat based on your Priority Seat time, as well as order of arrival. Larger groups of 6 or more are planned for accordingly. Once our seats are full, we are dependent upon tables becoming available. We do not guarantee that a table will be available upon arrival for those on the Priority Seat List.
We base our quotes on the following guidelines:
- 2 people up to 1.5 hours
- 3 – 4 people up to 1.75 hours
- 5 – 6 people up to 2 hours
- > 6 people up to 2.5 hours
*** Groups staying longer than the anticipated times will affect seating for other groups waiting.
*** If your group stays longer than the times listed, and the needs of the restaurant are being compromised, you may be asked to move to another table or area of the restaurant.
